HOW THE GOLF FITNESS COACH CAN HELP YOU…
Each client has their fitness routine programmed uniquely from them after completing their Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screening, which I am qualified to do as a TPI Certified Fitness Level 2 trainer.
Once we have your data, we can decide on your individual aims & goals, then your program is created using the 5 pillars of golf… Motor control, mobility & flexibility, stability & balance, strength and power. We will use your routine to reach these goals and make you a healthier and fitter golfer.
